Ready to study in Scandinavia?

Last Friday, the 14th February 2020, our Scandinavian section teachers have presented the application procedure to Scandinavian universities and lifestyle there.


Mrs. Therkelsen Inge-Lene has presented studying in Denmark options. Mrs. Salminen Minna Helena has presented studying in Finland possibilities. And Federica has shared her knowledge about the Swedish system. They remain available if you still have any questions.


With a free education to EU nationals, high standards of living and leaders in innovation Scandinavian countries are worth to consider.


Many universities have open days and by visiting you may have a better personal feeling and forming own decision about your future. Mrs Therkelsen has mentioned that Copenhagen Business School will have an open day on 21st February 2020.

For the studies in Denmark, there are two websites to remember (one for general information and one for a central enrollment application account):

  • Study in Denmark is the official website which provides information about study opportunities in different universities and lifestyle in Denmark.

  • Apply through the national central electronic admission system optagelse.dk by submitting all relevant documentation https://www.optagelse.dk/


For the studies in Finland, these are the two websites to remember (one for general information and one for a central enrollment application account):

  • Study in Finland is the official guide to studies in English in various universities and lifestyle.

  • Applications are done through a single central account online at Studyinfo.fi.


For the studies in Sweden, check out the following two websites (one for general information and one for a central enrollment application account):

  • Study in Sweden is the official guide to various study options and lifestyle in Sweden.

  • Applications are done by creating a single account through the central national enrollment portal https://www.universityadmissions.se/intl/start (1st and 2nd admission rounds) and https://www.antagning.se/se/start (national round of admissions which is also open to special cases like EB diploma holders; you must check each time what is the policy of your university and the programme you are applying).
