There is nothing better than to start a morning with delicious pancakes!
Ingredients:
130 g flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 teaspoons of sugar
½ teaspoon of cinnamon (if you like it!)
250 ml milk (regular or plant-based!)
some oil to fry
Steps:
Mix together your dry ingredients
Add in the milk while always stirring the batter to make sure that no lumps form
Let the batter chill for a bit (no need to put it in the fridge, just leave it alone!)
Heat up some oil in a frying pan. Try whether it’s hot enough by pressing a wooden spoon into the oil. If small bubbles form around it, it’s ready!
Pour a bit of batter into your oiled pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until you can see the bottom being solid
Flip your pancake and fry on the other side.
