Easy pancakes!

There is nothing better than to start a morning with delicious pancakes!

Ingredients:

  • 130 g flour

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon (if you like it!)

  • 250 ml milk (regular or plant-based!)

  • some oil to fry 



Steps:

  1. Mix together your dry ingredients

  2. Add in the milk while always stirring the batter to make sure that no lumps form

  3. Let the batter chill for a bit (no need to put it in the fridge, just leave it alone!)

  4. Heat up some oil in a frying pan. Try whether it’s hot enough by pressing a wooden spoon into the oil. If small bubbles form around it, it’s ready!

  5. Pour a bit of batter into your oiled pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until you can see the bottom being solid

  6. Flip your pancake and fry on the other side.

  7. Enjoy!
